Mr. Siner began his teaching career here in Center Grove as a third grade teacher at North Grove Elementary School and Sugar Grove Elementary School in 2001. Before Mr. Siner became the principal at North Grove, he spent time teaching Science and Social Studies at CG Middle School North, and then served as assistant principal at four of Center Grove's elementary schools. As of 2024, Mr. Siner has been with Center Grove for over 23 years. While growing up in southern Indiana, Mr. Siner was surrounded by educators. Both of his parents are retired high school teachers, and his wife is an instructional coach with Center Grove.
When he is not at North Grove, Mr. Siner enjoys supporting his children in their many pursuits. His daughter, after years of cheerleading, has found a passion for music and is a member of the Center Grove High School Sound System choir. His son is actively involved in sports, participating in football, basketball, and track at Center Grove Middle School Central. Outside of school, Mr. Siner has been surrounded by educators his entire life. Raised in southern Indiana, both of his parents are retired educators from his alma mater, Vincennes Lincoln High School.
